CUA Department Web Registration Information
Departments across the CUA community can use the web registration system to organize events. Events such as the Etiquette Dinner and the Year of St. Paul have benefited from the online registration system.
Web registration can help with the following events:
- Open Houses
- Conferences and Seminars
- Academic Ceremonies
- Trip Registrations
- Other special events
How It Works
A web-based application is created based on the criteria provided by the client. The link to this web-based application is provided to the client to be placed on their website. By clicking on this link, participants are able to go to the application and register for the event.
Cost to Campus Departments
The only two costs associated with the web registration process are those to cover bank fees and registration fees. Bank fees vary depending on the amount collected as well as the number of registrants. For the most part bank fees range from $1 to $3. The bank fee will be applied to each transaction.
Registration fees include the following services:
- Prepackaged application design with custom masthead, colors, links and texts
- Regular reports on registrants and payments - these reports automatically compile all the information collected from each registrant in an easy to read excel spreadsheet
- Reconciliation of all web-based payments
- Participant roster
- Confirmation emails sent to each registrant
Cost to CUA Departments:
- $75 for up to 50 registrants
- $125 for 51 to 150 registrants
- $175 for 150+ registrants
The Office of Conferences and Summer Housing will handle the deposit of funds into the department accounts. By submitting deposit tickets through the cashier's office, CPM will coordinate the distribution of funds. CUA departments are responsible for providing CPM with the account information for each payment collected.
The creation of the web-based registration application, arrangements for financial reporting and other steps require adequate planning time. It is suggested that those interested in using the web-based registration services, notify us no later than four weeks prior to the first day of your intended registration.
