• Subject to DC tax of 14.5%
• 14 consecutive nights' stay required for traditional style
• 28 consecutive night for apartment style
• Rooms/prices do not include linens
• Room prices do not include $75 refundable key deposit
• Room prices do not include a $5 financial processing fee with submission of the online application and deposit
