Housing Costs Summary

Detached Unit Apartment Style Housing (3 week min.) - Double occupancy room	$33 per night-double
Traditional style residence hall (3 week min.) - Double occupancy room	$27 per night-double
Traditional style residence hall (3 week min.) - Single occupancy room	$30 per night-single

• Subject to DC tax of 14.5%
• 21 consecutive nights' stay required
• Rooms/prices do not include linens
• Room prices do not include $75 refundable key deposit
• Room prices do not include a $5 financial processing fee with submission of the online application and deposit.
