Intern Housing Program Rates for Fall 2009

The Fall Housing Intern Program rates have been established for a semester-long stay: August 29th - December 20th. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pro rate the cost for shorter stays.

All check-outs will occur by noon on December 20th. In the event an intern must check-out early, arrangements may be made. However, the housing cost is not adjusted for early departures

• Subject to DC tax of 14.5%
• Each resident will incur an additional $100 charge, which includes the cost of keys & ID cards
• Rooms/prices do not include linens, but do include free laundry and access to Internet, cable and local phone (computers, TVs, and phones not provided)
