Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed to determine whether we are able to accommodate your request. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will receive an email notification when your application has been processed and approved. You will be given your check-in date, a breakdown of the remaining charges that must be paid at or before arrival, and any other specific information regarding your stay. *If we are not able to provide space, you will be notified at this time and any previous payment will be refunded.
Any questions or changes regarding your reservations should be handled as soon as possible. If you find you need to extend your stay after you have submitted the application and received approval, it is best to notify Conferences and Event Planning as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate requests to extend stay.
