Information for Your Stay at CUA

 

 

Check-In

You may check-in to your intern housing daily 2pm-10pm.  Please refer to your confirmation e-mail for check-in location.  You will be greeted by a summer staff member and issued keys to your room, a building access card(Facscard), a summer ID card. You can also purchase additional services such as parking passes at this time.  Please download this PDF for more information regarding your arrival and stay at CUA.

 

CUA Information

Throughout your stay on campus, summer staff members will be available to help you with your needs. The Pryzbyla Center Information Desk is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.  After 10pm, staff assistance is available by calling 202.319.5200 or x5200 from a campus phone.  All staff members are knowledgeable about campus facilities and services and will do their best to answer your questions.

 

Summer guests are expected to adhere to University Policies.  Please contact the Information Desk if you have any questions regarding these policies.

 

Extending your stay

If upon arrival you wish to extend your stay, you must contact Meg Reynolds, Assistant Director for Conferences & Events Planning at 202-319-5291 or through email at cua-conferences@cua.edu. Extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
