Arrival and Stay at CU

You may check-in to your intern housing between 2:00p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date with an exception on May 19, 2019, when check-in will begin at 5:00 p.m.  Check-in will take place at the Information Desk in the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center. You will be greeted by a student staff assistant and issued key(s) to your room and a building access card (if applicable). You may also purchase additional services such as dining plans and/or parking passes at this time.

CUA Information
Throughout your stay on campus, a staff assistant will be available to help you with your needs. The Pryzbyla Center Information Desk is open daily from 7:00a.m. to 10:00p.m.  After 10:00 p.m. summer staff assistants is available by calling 202-319-5200 or x5200 from a campus phone. All summer staff assistants are knowledgeable about campus facilities and services and will do their best to answer your questions. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please call the Information Desk at least 24 hours before so that we may have the appropriate staff available. 

Interns must adhere to University Policies, should they wish to reside on campus. Please contact the Information Desk if you have any questions regarding these policies.

Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay, you must contact the Office of Events and Conference Services at 202-319-5200 or via email at Extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. 

Please note, it is NOT possible to check-in prior to May 19, 2019 or to extend your stay past the final check-out date of August 11, 2019.
