Additional Conference Services Available

The following services may be arranged prior to your group's arrival:

Raymond A. DuFour Athletic Center
The Raymond A. DuFour Athletic Center contains a gymnasium, natatorium, and exercise equipment. Conferences must request use of these facilities well in advance of arrival to ensure availability. Please review the policies and rates for the use of the DuFour Center.

CUA Bookstore
The CUA Bookstore is open and available for shopping and purchases. Please know the hours may vary, particularly during the summer months. The Bookstore is located conviently within walking distance of the campus on 625 Monroe Street NE.

P.O.D. Convenience Store
The P.O.D. (Provisions On Demand) Convenience Store is located on the first floor of the Pryzbyla Center. The P.O.D. store sells coffee, drinks, snacks, small grocery selections, fresh fruits and vegetables, and personal items.  Please know the hours may vary, particularly during the summer months.

Computer Center and Ethernet
Guests can request a short-term, temporary computer account at the Pryzbyla Center Information Desk. A computer account provides a guest access to university computers and printers as well as e-mail and the internet. Ethernet connection is available in all residential rooms on campus as well, however ethernet cords are not provided.

If your conference is educational in purpose requiring the frequent use of internet access, you may arrange for one account for all your members. The university also has several "smart" classrooms. These rooms contain an array of computer and audio-visual equipment. If your conference or special event would like to incorporate technology-enhanced capabilities, please request the use of a smart classroom.

Parking
Guests driving to campus are required to obtain a CUA parking permit. Daily ($8/day/vehicle) and weekly ($37/week/vehicle) rates are available. During the academic year (late August through mid May) conference groups must arrange for parking in advance.
