Dining Hall & Food Court Service
Academic Year Operations: During the academic year, conference guests are welcome to use the Pryzbyla Center second floor food court. This is an a-la-cart dining facility where guests are able to purchase a wide variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Hours of operation are based on the student's academic schedules; hours are subject to change on Holidays.

Summer Operations: During the summer, conference guests can use two dining facilities.
The Pryzbyla Center Student Restaurant (located on the third floor) is available for guests. This all-you-care-to-eat dining facility allows conferences to purchase guest meals in advance of their arrival. Meal cards can be arranged for each conference guest. Walk-in guests are also welcome to use this facility.
Breakfast: Choice of cold cereal, fruit, rotating yogurt and oatmeal bar, assorted breakfast bakeries and spreads, rotating daily hot entrees including breakfast casseroles, waffles, pancakes, egg dishes. Beverages include coffee, tea, soda, juice, milk and water.
Lunch: Will include a selection of hot & cold menu choices. A daily salad bar, hot soups, make your own sandwiches, rotating pizza selection, grill station featuring burgers, fries and daily specials. Assorted desserts and beverages.
Dinner: Dinner buffet will feature a salad bar, grill station with burgers, fries and a specialty sandwich. Deli sandwiches, pizza, hot dinner entrees and side dishes. Assorted desserts and beverages.
