Conference Dining and Cardinal Catering Options

CUA Dining Services offers a wide variety of culinary selections and service options for conference groups, which include dining hall, a-la-cart food, and catering services.

Summer Operations: During the summer months, conference guests can use two dining facilities.
The Pryzbyla Center 3rd Floor Student Restaurant:  Located on the Pryzbyla Center's third floor, this all-you-care-to-eat dining facility allows conferences to purchase guest meals in advance of their arrival.  Meal cards can easily be arranged for each conference guest. Walk-in guests are also welcome to use this facility.

Breakfast: A typical breakfast will include a choice of cold cereal, fruit, rotating yogurt and oatmeal bar, assorted breakfast bakeries and spreads, rotating daily hot entrees including breakfast casseroles, waffles, pancakes, egg dishes. Beverages include coffee, tea, soda, juice, milk and water.

Lunch: A typical lunch will include a selection of hot and cold menu choices, daily salad bar, hot soups, make your own sandwiches, rotating pizza selection, grill station featuring burgers, fries and daily specials with assorted desserts and beverages.

Dinner: A typical dinner will include a salad bar, grill station with burgers, fries and a specialty sandwiches, deli sandwiches, pizza, hot dinner entrees and side dishes with assorted desserts and beverages.

The Pryzbyla Center Second Floor Food Court:  Located on the second floor, this is an a-la-cart dining facility where guests are able to purchase items from a dinner buffet salad bar, grill station with burgers, fries and a specialty sandwich, deli sandwiches, pizza, hot dinner entrees and side dishes, with assorted desserts and beverages.

CUA Dining Services can provide custom and individual Cardinal Catering options specifically for your conference or event.

Academic Year Operations: During the academic year, conference guests are welcome to use the Pryzbyla Center Food Court.  Located on the second floor, this is an a-la-cart dining facility where guests are able to purchase a wide variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Hours of operation are based on the student academic schedule, and are subject to change during holidays.
