Communication with Conferences and Pryzbyla Management (CPM)

Sharing your housing information in a timely and efficient manor is a key to a successful conference.  CPM can accept your housing requests in three different methods.  It is important, however, that housing information is received at least 10 business days (2 weeks) prior to your arrival.

Housing List: CPM will accept a housing list with the first and last names of your participants, including gender, roommate preferences, and which participants require single or special accommodations.  CPM staff will then assign rooms based on the list provided.

Excel Worksheet: CPM can generate an excel worksheet that has each room, floor, and building listed.  This worksheet can be sent with a floor plan of the building to help you, as the client, assign rooms.  This excel sheet can be returned and uploaded into our software.

Online Registration: CPM is now accepting online registration.  If you decide to utilize this option, participants can choose their style of housing when they register.  This information is sent directly to CPM.  CPM will send bi-weekly to weekly updates to you.

Additional Information

Special housing requirements need to be shared as far in advance as possible.  It is important to indicate any and all special needs your conference participants may require (I.e., having wheelchair-accessible facilities and/or housing accommodations, living on a single gender floor or any special dietary requirements).

Upon arrival each participant is issued a key pack that includes a room key (apartment key for those staying in the apartment style), building access card, and identification card.  For security purposes, entrances to all residence halls are locked 24 hours a day.  Key packs must be kept on the participant to ensure that he/she has access to his/her building and room.  A $50 charge will be assessed for each lost key pack.
